Shipping Fee (Charges Other Than Product Price)

Shipping is, in principle, free worldwide.

As a general rule, our store ships orders via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We bear customs duties, import taxes (VAT/GST, etc.), customs clearance fees, and other public charges and costs associated with import that arise in the destination country/region.

However, additional costs such as storage fees, return shipping fees, etc., incurred due to the purchaser’s failure to complete necessary procedures in the destination country/region (e.g., providing identity verification information or information required for customs clearance) may be borne by the purchaser.

Shipping / Delivery

Orders for which inventory has been confirmed will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days as a guideline, unless there are special circumstances.
