Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Caro Osaka, Japan.
Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns for Customer Convenience
We accept returns for customer convenience only if all of the following conditions are met:

You contact us using the method prescribed by our store within 7 days of receiving the item.

The item is unused and in resalable condition (including no outdoor use, no stains/damage, no odor transfer, and no missing accessories, tags, or protective materials).

The item, accessories, and packaging materials are returned in a condition that can be confirmed upon arrival at our store.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping costs for customer convenience returns shall be borne by the customer.
(Since the initial shipping fee is free, it will not be charged separately.)
2. Refund Method
Refunds will, in principle, be issued to the same payment method used at checkout.
Please note that the refunded amount may not match the charged amount due to payment service provider processing, exchange rate fluctuations, or applicable fees.
3. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Clearance Fees (International Orders)
For international orders, customs duties, taxes (VAT/GST, etc.), and customs clearance fees may not be refundable by our store.
Depending on the destination country/region, the purchaser may need to request any such refunds through the applicable authorities.
4. Returns Due to Our Responsibility (Incorrect / Defective Items)
If the return is due to reasons attributable to our store, such as:

Damage upon arrival

Incorrect delivery

Significant discrepancy from the product description
we will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution, including return and refund processing where applicable.
In such cases, our store will bear the return shipping cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items / Cases
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Requests made 8 days or more after the item’s arrival

Items that have been used or show signs of use

Returns due to size mismatch or differences in how the item is perceived (color/appearance)

Missing accessories or damage to tags, protective materials, or packaging materials

Scratches, stains, odors, or other damage caused by the customer
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders for which inventory has been confirmed will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days as a guideline, unless there are special circumstances.
The shipping carrier will be selected by our store depending on the destination and shipping method.
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, international transportation conditions, customs procedures, etc.
